La struttura curata, piccola essendo un monolocale ma con una separazione tra soggiorno e camera diventa come un bilocale. La cucina praticamente nuova e dotata di un sacco di accessori. Il bagnetto piccolo ma con una bellissima doccia grande. L' accoglienza della receptionist che ci ha seguito in tutti i passaggi e fatto trovare i taxi pronti sia x l' andata sia x il ritorno è stata veramente top. Complimenti 👏👏👏👏

So gut wie alles - die Lage ist genial (Zentral an der U-Bahn, La Latina, zahlreiche Lokale in der Nähe), dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - man hat alles zum Kochen und zum Bügeln. Es gibt genug Stauraum, das Bett ist sehr bequem, Bettwäsche frisch und sauber, Jalousien auch vorhanden (es wird wirklich dunkel). Aber das Wichtigste ist die Kommunikation mit Hotel - man wird vor der Reise punkto möglicher Abholung am Flughafen kontaktiert (Preis ist fair), es werden zahlreiche Ausflugs- und Lokalhinweise gegeben. Ganz diskret, keine Aufdringlichkeit. Also das ist Klasse 👌 Danke! Wenn wir wieder in Madrid sind, bleiben wir gewiss wieder hier!

Localização excelente, prédio com elevador e senha de acesso. Ótimas roupas de cama e banho. Cozinha super equipada e já chegamos com alguns mimos super especiais! Tudo é bem explicado, cm qrcodes que detalham os procedimentos para aquecimento, ventilador, lixeira, tudo para que não tenhamos dificuldades! Mas o que supera todas as expectativas é o excelente atendimento por zap. Rápido e sempre dispostos a ajudar em tudo! Voltaria sempre! Muito obrigada por tudo!

Está todo nuevo, la ubicación es perfecta y son amables

Everything about the property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. The apartment is spotless and located in a central location nearby to most of the attractions as well as public transportation, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a mini market. The host was super responsive and helpful through out our stay. The best part is the seamless check in.

Excelente ubicación. Apartamento en la 3a planta, bonito, acogedor y con todas las comodidades. Volveremos!

Ubicación y confort

The location is excellent, very convenient for accessing Madrid’s main attractions. The only thing to note is that the soundproofing isn’t great, so light sleepers might want to consider this. For us, it wasn’t much of an issue. 😆

El apartamento superó totalmente mis expectativas. Impeclable en limpieza, servicios, detalles y atenciones. Muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor, del Palacio Real o Gran Vía. La atención con los anfitriones, aunque fue por whatsapp, la respuesta era inmediata y solucionaron cualquier duda que tuvimos, incluso nos aconsejaron locales de restauración. Te buscan un taxi que te recoja de la estación si fuese necesario. En nuestro caso llegamos antes de la hora prevista, y como estaba lloviendo, nos alojaron inmediatamente.

Departamento muy lindo y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar a pie a las principales atracciones del centro de Madrid y también tiene el metro a unos pasos. Los anfitriones nos recibieron con diversos detalles y se les agradece! Así como habernos dejado hacer el checkin un poco más temprano. Pasamos hermosos días en esta estadía. Totalmente recomendado!

The apartment was very clean, amazing location and wonderful hosts. The room was spacious, the location was very main location (15 min max to everything), the staff was so kind and responded very quickly to everything. Highly recommended!

The location of the Cava Baja studio flat was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions, eating places and conveniences you could possibly want. La Latina was bustling and vibrant, so it was a pleasure to open the balcony doors and hear the sounds of people on the street below. The amenities were top-notch - the coffee machine was a real hit with my partner! Upon arrival, the place was spotless, making it clear that great care is taken to maintain Cava Baja to the highest standard. César was incredibly friendly and responsive, even allowing us to check in a bit earlier than 15:00 since the place was all ready for us. We couldn’t recommend Cava Baja enough, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you 🥰

The property was super clean and recently renovated, so everything in the property is new. Great location and the host was very responsive when I had a question about the address!

The property was extremely tidy, well lit, and cozy. It is also in the heart of Madrid, and is close by to majority of the attractions. Apart from the amenities, the lock was quite special and easy to use. Additionally, the landlord was extremely helpful throughout the entire journey. We would recommend for any future travelers to Madrid

Apartamento precioso, impecable, limpio y excelente ubicación. Tienes el palacio real, puerta del sol y plaza mayor todo a 10 minutos caminando. El edificio es de recién inauguración y está muy cómodo. Sin duda una gran recomendación para estar en el mejor lugar turístico de Madrid. César, nuestro anfitrión, muy amable. Instrucciones clarísimas para acceder al apartamento, nos dejó una botella de cava y bombones!!😃😃 nos ayudó con su flexibilidad para el check in y check out y fue muy comunicativo. Un 10 por el lugar y el anfitrión. Gracias por todo!

The host was incredibly accommodating and met us at the apartment. He was very contactable throughout our stay with any issues we hadquestions. We were some of the first to stay at the apartment so we were greeted with chocolates and a bottle which was a lovely touch! The location of the apartment was fantastic and the decor was lovely with fantastic facilities if you were to stay at this apartment self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was very easy to use! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Great find!    

This is an absolutely lovely apartment. The amenities, the comfort, and the cleanliness were a 10. The location is fantastic. Close to major sites, restaurants, and metro. We have been traveling through Europe in the past year for over 4 months (separate trips), and this apartment (out of dozens) is our favorite and only solid 10. 🥰 The host was easily reachable... we had a couple of minor questions, and quick to reply. Definitely, we would stay here again.
