The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and cozy, check-in is easy (before check-in they send you codes that function as "electronic keys" to the apartment), and there is also the option of direct communication with Raquel via Whatssee more

There is excellent noise insulation between the apartment and the street, which from what I've read is not something that is taken for granted in Madrid. Overall- great, I would be happy to come back next time I visit Madrid!

The noise insulation between the apartments themselves is not that good, but it didn't bother me personally. They asked for a 250 euro deposit in addition to the regular payment for the apartment (it is returned 24 hours after check-out).
